The Administrator of the Academy holds a Masters of Education degree with a major in  Secondary School Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma and  postgraduate work from the University of Oklahoma.  He has served in the Public School System as a teacher, counselor and administrator, a Christian School as an administrator and is Founder and President of the American Academy with it’s military correspondence division of Centerpoint Academy.  He has served as an educational consultant and regional field representative with the School of Tomorrow Inc., has served as a member of the Board of the Eagle Charter Schools, and presently assists Christian, Private, Charter and Public Schools as an educational consultant and curriculum supplier. He has educational experience totaling over 30 years. The Academy Staff holds training certification having accumulated educational experience of over 100 years.

The CEO is also President of Northeast Educational Associates Inc., an Educational Service Provider and consulting firm to public, charter and private schools. He has 30 years of administrative and educational consulting experience in both Canada and the United States. He is Executive Director of The Essential Learning Institute, an extension school for children and adults with special needs and learning disabilities. He is also Executive Director of  Bridgeway Academy, an Internationally recognized Home Education Correspondence School. Dr.Salzman has studied in both the United States and Canada and holds an undergraduate degree in education and graduate degrees in divinity. 

His companies provide consulting services to over 600 schools. He is a motivational speaker and regular presenter at educational conventions and home education seminars in both Canada and the United States. His areas of expertise include the application of Internet technology in education, character building and motivating and inculcating leadership skills in youth.
